Not Just Your Ordinary Garden-Variety Nursery...
Seed Saver's Incentive
Although, the sky's the limit when it comes to horticulture, Hunter's Tomato Patch has limited space. Therefore, it is impossible to grow every variety of tomato each year along with all the other peppers, herbs and flowers. As a result, I run low on many varieties and cannot offer them in my catalog. Fortunately, y'all can help by saving seeds from your fruits and sending them back to me. By doing this, it ensures that exotic plants will be available for everyone to enjoy. In addition, you will be rewarded. Earn points (see details below) to get discounts. Each variety you send back will earn you a certain number of points (up to a limit). Rack up enough points and cash them in for a discount. Points are only good for the following year and unused points will be lost.
The Point System
| Points | Discount |
| 100-149 | 5% |
| 150-199 | 7% |
| 200-299 | 10% |
| 300-399 | 12% |
| 400-499 | 15% |
| 500+ | 17% |
Important:
Discounts are good only in the FOLLOWING year and for one purchase only. Discounts do not include the cost of shipping. If you earn more than 500 points, up to 125 points in excess of 500 may be carried to year after the following year. Do NOT send seeds of plants not listed below. No more than 3 packs (30 seeds) of any variety will count toward your point total (although you may send more) (i.e 4 packs of Ace 55 Tomato seeds will only earn you 60 points). You must send at least 30 seeds per variety to earn points. Please see table below for all point values.
