Days to maturity are approximates and actual maturity time may be more or less depending on a number of environmental factors.


Tasmanian Habanero

C. Chinese. Extremely hot Habanero variety developed by Pepper Joe. Bright red fruits are broad in the middle and pointed at the bottom. Approx. 95 days.

Thai Pepper

C. Chinese. Compact, dwarf plants become covered with small, very hot .5"-1" long bright red fruits, making for a beautiful display. Fruits are generally used for ornamental purpose, buy may also be eaten although quite hot. Approx. 90 days.

White Habanero

C. Chinese. Tall bushy plants produce very unusual white, lantern-shaped Habanero-type peppers. Fruits have the same heat and flavor as a Habanero. Approx. 100 days.

Winter Cherry

Pseudocapsicum. Also known as the Jerusalem Cherry, the Winter Cherry is cold hardy and not a true pepper. Plants are quite prolific, bearing clusters of 3/4" round fruits that ripen to a lite-orange. Plant parts and fruits and mildly toxic and should not be eaten. Approx. 90 days.

Yellow Bell Pepper

C. Annuum. Prolific bushy plants produce abundant harvests of large, bright yellow bell-shaped fruits. The Yellow Bell is quite sweet and is best enjoyed fresh. Approx. 100 days.

Yellow Mushroom

C. Chinese. A squash-type Habanero pepper. Vigorous plants produce abundant harvests of extremely hot, thin skinned slightly wrinkled fruits. Particularly good when pickled. Approx. 85 days.
